Middle School Girls (grades 6 - 8) Fall Ball Lacrosse is designed to help teach the game of
lacrosse through clinic based practices and game situations. All participants will be
able to understand the rules, technique, and skill of the game. The general weekly
format is 45 minutes of practice with 45 minutes of scrimmages. Some weeks will
vary based on the need for focus on certain skill areas.

All participants will need: Stick, Goggles, Mouth guard, proper athletic clothing and shoes, and water. (Sticks and goggles will be available to borrow if needed).

September 24th – Desert Breeze
October 1st – Desert Breeze
October 8th – Viper Park
October 15th – NO SESSION
October 22nd – Viper Park
October 29th – Desert Breeze
November 5th – Desert Breeze
