I do have some current experience working on boards. I work as a Civil Engineer in a management position for a large firm. I currently serve on the Board of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Nevada and have been on the board for the past 7 years. My current position on the board is as the National Director with responsibility for representing the Nevada organization at national gatherings.
I feel my best qualification is that I love lacrosse and I love that my boys have been able to play. I have a deep appreciation for the coaches and staff that have made it possible for my boys to play and would like to contribute to the continued success of Coronado lacrosse!
Treasurer
Susan Richards
My qualifications come from my experience as an investigator for the government. Specifically, a large part of my job included reviewing and analyzing financial records and documents of people and businesses under investigation. Since these records varied greatly dependent on the case, I was exposed to a great deal of financial transactions and accounts as well as businesses and organizations related to those cases.
Additionally, as the primary
'bookkeeper' of my family, I've managed the various accounts and financials related to mortgages, utilities, and budgets from day to day for a great many years now.
Finally, since I am now retired, I am readily available and have a very flexible schedule to meet the team requirements. I have always fully supported the lacrosse team's activities and wish to extend my time and experience to continue to do so as the team's treasurer.

Team Manager
Amy Eissler
My name is Amy Eissler and I would like to be your team manager. I not only enjoy being a part of something my children love; I am honored to be a part of such a wonderful group of people. Lacrosse has become a major part of my family’s life; it feels natural to for me to manage the team.
I have been a team manager for the past four lacrosse seasons. Most recently, I managed the Cougars during the 2010/2011 season; prior to that I was with the Bob Miller MS program since 2007. Managing a team is not a one person job; the key to success is finding willing and able persons to help with various operations of the team. If selected as your team manager, I will reach out for help with the following positions: a team contact person for each individual team, merchandiser, head of fundraising, community outreach liaison, time & table staff, and field stripers.
Many of you know me and for those of you who don’t, I look forward to getting to know you and your player. I am very passionate about getting children and families involved in lacrosse. My goal is for all you to feel that if you are a part of the Cougar Lacrosse program, you are a part of something much bigger. If you select me as your team manager, the environment of the team will not only be about the sport of lacrosse, it will include education, community involvement, and responsibility. I want to help make these boys the best they can be.
